TERMS AND CONDITIONS

COPYRIGHT:  

  • Artist: Copyright law protects my exclusive rights, as the original author/creator of my artwork, to publicly display my artwork as mine, make copies of my artwork, distribute copies of my artwork, and make derivatives of my artwork (to adapt, modify, translate into another media, etc.) at any time unless permission is given in a contract.

  • Buyer/Collector: You will own my physical artwork and have the right to display, sell, and give it away.

PRIVACY

​

  • Personal data (name, address, email, phone, payment, comments) you share with me will be filed and used for the purpose of providing you with my art and/or creative services, billing requests, other communications relevant to the current artistic/business/legal relationship, and marketing (with permission).

​

RETURNS or EXCHANGES

​

  • Art I create becomes yours once it is bought and shipped to you from my studio. 

  • However, call me concerning any major problems you have within three business days of receiving the artwork for possible resolution.

PAYMENTS

 

  • I accept PayPal (Payments using debit or credit cards can be made with or without a PayPal account.) and The Square. 

  • The artwork you bought will be shipped in approximately one week after the full payment is received/verified.

TEXAS SALES TAX  

​

  • Texans, and anyone who buys art from me while they are in Texas, will be taxed 8.25% on my art (and shipping and handling).  

  • Art shipped outside of Texas will not be charged Texas sales tax.

SHIPPING and HANDLING

​

HANDLING:

  • Artwork will be well insulated and carefully placed in a box or tube.   

     

SHIPPING: ​

  • I use either First Class or Priority Mail from the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS with tracking most often. 

  • Extra insurance is available upon request for an additional charge.  

  • I will send your package to the specified address given at checkout.

  • Actual delivery time will depend on the method of shipping and the delivery schedule of the shipping carrier.

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes due for international shipping. 

  • Buyers should be prepared for shipping delays at custom’s stops which can take additional weeks.
